1. Recruitment and selection
Based on the profile you define, the selection process includes résumé screening, interviews, a psychological assessment and checks of professional and criminal records.
2. Duties
The tasks the professional will perform are recorded in the contract, according to the profile you defined.
3. Employment relationship
Zeladoria do Lar's service is the selection process. The employment relationship, with its rights and duties, is established between you and the professional.
4. Fee
80% of the salary to be paid to the professional, as a one-time fee. If the contract is interrupted, the fee is not refunded: the guarantee is the replacement of the professional.
5. Replacement
If the professional does not meet your needs, a new selection process is carried out at no extra cost, with a new professional presented within seven days. Valid for 180 days, with no limit on replacements during that period.
6. Jurisdiction
The parties choose the courts of Florianópolis for any matters related to the contract, which is signed in two copies before two witnesses.
