How Zeladoria do Lar handles the personal data of people who use this website, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data processed through this website is Zeladoria do Lar LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) No. 17.207.932/0001-02, operating in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

2. Data we collect

Data you provide

  • “Hire staff” form: name, phone or WhatsApp, email (optional), neighborhood and city, role needed and any information about your household routine you choose to share.
  • “Work with us” form: name, phone or WhatsApp, email (optional), neighborhood and city, roles you have experience in, years of experience, whether you have references, availability and any description of your experience you choose to share.
  • Contact form: name, phone or WhatsApp, email (optional), subject and message.
  • Direct contact by WhatsApp, phone or email: the information you send in the conversation.

When you submit a form, the information is sent over a secure connection to the website's server, which forwards it by email to Zeladoria do Lar's inbox. The website does not keep a database of this information. Please do not include sensitive data (such as health information, religion or identity documents) in these fields.

To prevent automated submissions and abuse, the server keeps, for up to 10 minutes, a temporary record containing a code generated from your IP address (not the IP address itself) and the time of submission.

Data collected automatically

  • Technical browsing data, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time, recorded by the hosting server and by the measurement tools described in section 5.

3. How we use the data

  • To reply to your messages and questions;
  • To understand the profile of the professional you are looking for and carry out the selection and placement process (pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract);
  • To assess candidates in our selection processes and recommend them to client families;
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • To measure the performance of the website and of our advertising campaigns (legitimate interest or consent, as applicable).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only when necessary:

  • With client families, in the case of professional information about candidates in a selection process;
  • With providers that make our service and the website work, such as the website host (HostGator), the email provider (Zoho), WhatsApp (Meta) and Google (Tag Manager and Google Ads);
  • With public authorities, when required by law or court order.

Some of these providers may store data outside Brazil, subject to the safeguards set out in the LGPD.

5. Cookies and measurement tools

This website uses Google Tag Manager, through which Google tools such as Google Ads are loaded. They may store cookies and identifiers in your browser to measure visits and find out which ads generated contacts. We also record clicks on the WhatsApp, phone and email buttons, without identifying the content of messages.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using the website.

6. Storage and security

Messages received through the forms are kept in the company's email inbox. We keep data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, for the duration of ongoing selection processes and for the periods required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS).

7. Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:

  • Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
  • Data portability;
  • Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent, and withdrawal of consent;
  • Information about who the data has been shared with.

You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
